Carnaval, Cabo Frio, and Buzios
We headed across to Rio for 3 days of Carnaval! The streets were packed, music blaring and everyone in a great mood! Blocos (parades) were happening in every area of town so we picked a few and got into the action.

Escaping the craziness of carnaval we were lucky enough to head up the coast of Brazil and stay at Maria's family condo. Some needed beach time!
